You will be responsible for:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients

Conducting regular meetings and check-ins to understand their needs and gather feedback

Your main focus will be on understanding their needs and identi-fying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at our existing clients
-
Collaborating with our technical and project management teams to ensure client satisfac-tion and timely delivery of services

Developing and implementing account plans to achieve revenue targets
-
Providing regular reports on account performance and progress towards targets

Increasing the company’s sales result

Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients
Essential requirements:
-
Understanding of banking/financial digital products, and services
-
Minimum 5 years overall work proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in the IT industry

Entrepreneurial spirit, strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong relationships with clients
-
Excellent communication (both written and oral) and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Fluent in English
