You will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients

  • Conducting regular meetings and check-ins to understand their needs and gather feedback

  • Your main focus will be on understanding their needs and identi-fying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at our existing clients

  • Collaborating with our technical and project management teams to ensure client satisfac-tion and timely delivery of services

  • Developing and implementing account plans to achieve revenue targets

  • Providing regular reports on account performance and progress towards targets

  • Increasing the company’s sales result

  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients


Essential requirements:

  • Understanding of banking/financial digital products, and services

  • Minimum 5 years overall work proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in the IT industry

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strong relationships with clients

  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Fluent in English
