We deliver tailored solutions for the biggest global financial brands and have extensive experience in creating websites, digital banking systems and pre-built products on the most innovative enterprise level.

Currently, we’re looking for inspired Lead UX/UI Designer who loves digging into complex problems and delivering simple, sleek, beautiful forms and interfaces. This position will be located in our client office – in Rijad, Saudi Arabia.

At Efigence you will be responsible for the most innovative and complex products for one of the largest banks in Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ownership of holistic design vision within the project – from general idea, creating distinctive kickass features, concept phase to final execution by your team members. How it should work, interact and look, how to turn user needs and business objectives into product that people love.

  • Ideating, exploring and communicating design decisions and concepts through wireframes, sketches, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps and high fidelity mockups.

  • Presenting and pitching design choices and ideas to stakeholders.

  • Conducting and facilitating workshops with stakeholders, business owners, business analysts, developers to understand product requirements and translating them into final user flows (development-ready hi-fi mockups, interactive prototypes etc.)

  • Day-by-day work with UX/UI project team (up to 10 team members) and business owners solving most important design challenges.

  • Being accountable for the end-to-end design delivered by your project team

  • Assuring consistency and quality of team’s design work

  • Mentor and help team members to grow and excel within their roles

Essential requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience

  • Understanding of banking/financial digital products, and services

  • Excellent both UX and UI skills. Portfolio is a must.

  • Proven experience of work within large, complex agile projects for enterprise organizations.

  • Strong storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Must work well in a team-oriented, multi-culture environment.

  • Excellent English communication and writing skills (C1)
