We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Project Manager to join the Efigence team that helps companies drive the most successful digital transformations. Working on the interface of business and technology will allow you participation in the development of breakthrough projects. You will have a chance to innovate with companies from banking, insurance and asset management. This position will be located in our client office – in Rijad, Saudi Arabia. At Efigence you will be responsible for the most innovative and complex products for one of the largest banks in Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading projects within the agreed scope, time and budget

  • Supporting client throughout the delivery process

  • Understanding business values and translating them into development plan

  • Coordinating multiple internal teams in order to deliver a product (Design, Development, Analysis, QA)

  • Organization of project meetings: statuses, kick offs, summarizing the project and other necessary for the project

  • Foreseeing the risks and flagging them to the management

  • Close cooperation with Account Managers on data and rationale for business decisions

  • Working on continuous improvement of existing processes

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in Agile IT projects (web & software development) or as a subcontractor for corporate clients (preferably in financial sector)

  • Knowledge of project management tools such as redmine, jira

  • Very good command of English (C1/C2)

  • Great planning skills with a strong focus on detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to business decisions

  • Data-driven approach towards project execution

  • Technical knowledge and understanding of development process

  • General understanding of FinTech would be a plus
