Your tasks:

Ongoing legal support for the organization and project teams in a dynamically evolving technological environment
-
Ensuring the organization's activities comply with applicable legal regulations, supporting business processes from a legal perspective
-
Preparing, reviewing/verifying basic contracts with clients, subcontractors, and partners
-
Preparing, reviewing/verifying short template contracts, orders/assignments, as well as regulations
-
Providing legal advice to internal operational, commercial, HR departments, and backoffice
-
Preparing drafts of resolutions and other corporate documents
-
Providing legal advice on copyright law; managing trademarks and other intangible assets of the company
-
Managing the archives of the organization's legal documentation
-
Maintaining and updating registers and reports related to the ongoing legal service of the organization
-
Maintaining and updating the authorization register and related documents
-
Providing legal support in organizational change processes
-
Participating in compliance projects
-
Monitoring new legal regulations affecting the organization's operations
-
Ongoing support for the legal team in current legal tasks carried out by the team
We are looking for a candidate with:
-
Completed higher legal studies
-
Knowledge of legal regulations and market practices relevant to the Company's activities
-
At least 1-2 years of experience in the areas of civil law, commercial law, intellectual property, data protection, preferably in the IT or technology sector
-
Proficiency in English, including legal terminology, enabling independent drafting of legal documents and communication with clients at a B2 level β a must
-
Ability to work in a dynamic environment

Openness to new tasks, as well as diligence and a sense of responsibility

Initiative and punctuality in performing assigned duties

Results-oriented with a focus on high-quality work
