We are looking for an experienced and independent Webflow Developer to join our team and take responsibility for creating and implementing websites using the Webflow platform. If you’re passionate about no-code development and have a proven track record of delivering commercial projects in Webflow — this opportunity is for you!
Your Responsibilities:
🔹Creating and implementing responsive websites in Webflow based on graphic designs (Figma).
🔹Integrating external tools and services with Webflow (e.g., CRM systems, analytics tools, e-commerce platforms).
🔹Optimizing websites for performance (Page Speed Insights) and SEO.
🔹Collaborating with the design team (graphic designers, UX/UI specialists, marketers) to ensure consistency and high quality of the final product.
🔹Maintaining and developing existing Webflow projects.
🔹Ensuring code quality and adherence to Webflow best practices.
🔹Creating and managing CMS systems in Webflow.
Who Are We Looking For?
✅Strong, hands-on knowledge of the Webflow platform — you must be proficient with all its features (Designer, CMS, Interactions, Logic, E-commerce).
✅At least 2–3 years of commercial experience in building and deploying projects on the Webflow platform.
✅English proficiency at minimum B2 level (C1 preferred).
✅Ability to translate graphic designs (Figma) into perfectly functioning Webflow websites.
✅Understanding of responsive design principles and commitment to providing a great User Experience across all devices.
✅Basic understanding of SEO and web performance optimization.
✅Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (to extend Webflow’s capabilities).
✅Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
✅Independence, proactivity, and a drive for continuous learning and development.
Nice to have:
✅Good or very good knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks).
✅Experience with other no-code/low-code tools.
