UX Designer

Hi! We are looking for a UX Designer for the Efigence team. We have been operating on the market for almost 30 years – we are pretty much the founders of this field in Poland. All over the world, we help financial institutions (such as banks, insurers, and investment funds) create solutions that change the experience of millions of people. It is in our DNA to redefine the market and products and to look for non-standard solutions. We work on complex projects and also have recognizable clients in areas outside banking.

Location: Warsaw.

Contract: B2B (paid days off), 8000 – 11000 PLN + VAT.

  • We work in a multidisciplinary team: UI, UX, research, motion, analytics, and research.

  • You can work remotely two days per week.
  • We work with Apple hardware and modern design tools in agile methodologies.
  • We have a well-connected, modern, green office in Warsaw.

IconYour Responsibilities:

  • Creating information architecture (user flows, page structure, and navigational organization).
  • Design of product screens using system design/ style guides.
  • Preparation of interactive prototypes.
  • Help with user testing.
  • Searching for inspiration to help with the project.
  • Participation in workshops and meetings with the client.
  • Cooperation with the UX Leader and the programming and analytical team.


  • One year of design experience.
  • Knowledge of one or more design tools: Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
  • Knowledge of the methodology of designing and conducting usability tests.
  • The ability to present solutions both within the team and to the client.
  • Knowledge of English.

  • Completed studies in UX.
  • Attendance on UX courses.
  • Willingness to speak in public and write UX articles.
  • Basic knowledge in the area of ​​programming.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • An understanding of the specifics of the Fintech market.
