Efigence, a technology company specializing in the design and implementation of both off-the-shelf products and bespoke development for financial services, is looking for an experienced, organized and dynamic Talent Sourcing & HR Manager.


You will be responsible for:

  • Creation and implementation of the recruitment strategy
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Creating and publishing job offers (portals, social media like LinkedIn)
  • Direct sourcing of candidates from various social network
  • Building candidate attraction strategies
  • Building positive business relationships with interviewers
  • Development of other HR processes
  • Support internal and external employer branding events and activities
  • Cooperation with PR/marketing team


We need:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Min. 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Knowledge of recruiting in IT, design, UX, fintech and generally – digital marketing sectors
  • Flexibility and positive attitude
