We’re currently on the lookout for an inspired Lead UX/UI Designer—a problem-solver who thrives on turning complexity into simplicity through sleek, intuitive, and visually stunning digital experiences. At Efigence, you’ll shape innovative digital products for one of the largest banks in Saudi Arabia, as well as other international clients.
Your Responsibilities:
🔹Define and own the holistic design vision from ideation to execution
🔹Lead and mentor a design team, ensuring alignment with product strategy and business goals
🔹Create and communicate design decisions via wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
🔹Present and pitch design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
🔹Facilitate workshops with business, analysts, and tech teams to translate requirements into user-centered solutions
🔹Promote consistency and quality across the team’s design work
🔹Support your team’s performance and professional growth through active leadership and feedback
🔹Ensure consistency and quality in the team’s design work
Who Are We Looking For?
✅ 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, including team leadership roles
✅Strong portfolio showing work on large-scale, complex enterprise projects
✅ Fluency in English (C1 level)
✅ Proven understanding of digital banking and financial services
✅ Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
✅ Experience in project and people management
Nice to have:
✅ Experience working with clients from Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region
✅ Awareness of Arab culture, lifestyles, and customer behavior
