Lead Agile Banking Innovation — From Warsaw to Riyadh:

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master ready to go beyond the routine. In this role, you’ll empower teams to deliver innovative mobile and web banking solutions — and you’ll also have the opportunity to travel to Riyadh, collaborating directly with our international client in one of the world’s most rapidly evolving fintech ecosystems.

Your Responsibilities:

🔹Guiding and coach our Feature Teams (Squads) on Scrum and Agile practices

🔹Facilitating and organize Scrum events

🔹Helping Feature Teams focus on goals, self-organize to achieve objectives, and ensure they fully understand the objectives

🔹Facilitating/ supporting Feature Teams with continuous improvement efforts (implementing take-aways from retrospectives)

🔹Working with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure they are well engaged with the team and part of the regular feedback loop

🔹Supporting Chapter Lead in leading and developing the centre of excellence and knowledge sharing across competency

🔹Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) for teams working on mobile and web banking features.

🔹Coordinate and support with other Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of product increments.

🔹Monitor progress, identify and resolve impediments, and escalate risks as needed. Measure and communicate clear KPIs for the development process in accordance with agreed chapter measures

🔹Support Deployment and Release process of SDLC by coordination with other necessary stakeholders e.g. Deployment teams.

🔹Travel to Riyadh for business trips as needed (all expenses covered).

Who Are We Looking For?

✅Proven experience as a Scrum Master (3+ years preferred), ideally in the banking or financial services sector.

✅Experience working with cross-functional teams including mobile and web application development.

✅Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✅Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) and tools. SAFe knowledge will be an additional asset.

✅Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage dependencies effectively.

✅Proficiency in English at a strongly conversational level (C1).

✅Flexibility to work on Sundays and holidays, aligning with client working hours (Sunday–Thursday workweek in Saudi Arabia).

Optional:

✅Experience working with clients in the Persian Gulf region.

✅Familiarity with banking processes, digital products, or customer journey design.

✅Previous exposure to enterprise environments or large-scale Agile rollouts.
