We’re now looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer – someone who enjoys tackling complex challenges, can combine strategic thinking with polished aesthetics, and wants to have a real impact on products used worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

🔹Designing user experiences and interfaces for complex mobile and web applications – from concepts and prototypes to final, development-ready designs,

🔹Leading and facilitating UX workshops with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams,

🔹Creating and evolving Design Systems to support scalable product development,

🔹Presenting and justifying design decisions to stakeholders and clients,

🔹Collaborating in an international environment (fluent, communicative English is required in daily work).

Who Are We Looking For?

✅At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer (enterprise/fintech background is a strong plus),

✅Strong skills across the core domains of design – from research and information architecture to polished UI,

✅Fluent, communicative business-level English, both spoken and written,

✅Ability to navigate ambiguity and propose practical, user-centered solutions.

Bonus points for:

• • Experience in leading or coordinating design work,
  • Familiarity with financial and banking products,
  • Interest and hands-on experience with new technologies (including AI),
  • Experience in estimating design work,
  • Experience in workshop facilitation and Discovery process,
  • Experience in contributing and managing Design Systems.
