As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will craft and deliver high-quality mobile applications that make a real impact for users in complex, business-critical environments. Collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders, you will contribute not only with clean, efficient code but also by shaping technical decisions, driving best practices, and helping define the future of our digital products.

Your Responsibilities:

🔹Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter

🔹Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow

🔹Take ownership of application architecture, code quality, and performance

🔹Participate in technical decision-making and solution design

🔹Review code and support less experienced developers through feedback and mentoring

🔹Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

🔹Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and stability issues

🔹Actively contribute to improving development standards, processes, and tooling

🔹Planning, refining and estimating technical work

🔹Act as a go-to person when discussing technical solutions with clients and internal stakeholders

Who Are We Looking For?

✅5+ years of experience in software development, including strong commercial experience with Flutter

✅Very good knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework

✅Experience in building and maintaining production-grade mobile applications

✅Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and state management (e.g. BLoC, Provider, Riverpod)

✅Experience working with REST APIs and asynchronous programming

✅Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality tools

✅Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows

✅Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivered solutions

✅Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality

✅Higher education degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

✅Knowledge of Android and/or iOS native development – nice to have

✅Experience with Firebase or similar services – nice to have

✅English – B2 (daily communication in international teams)

✅Polish – B2 (or native)

✅Remote-first availability with occasional presence in our Warsaw office

✅Good communication skills and a positive attitude

✅Experience with AI-powered tools for development, code generation, or testing (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-assisted coding tools) is a plus
