We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join our 3-person finance team. If you have an analytical mind, are well-versed in finance, enjoy having a broader perspective, discovering new businesses and find satisfaction in presenting conclusions through engaging presentations – this offer is for you!
The role will cover the following responsibilities across our technology business:
🔹Supporting the organization in preparing plans, forecasts, and budgets – both project-based and overall. Ongoing cash flow planning
🔹Close collaboration with operational departments in controlling budget implementation and analyzing variances
🔹Supporting the organization in profitability and efficiency analysis. Calculating project profitability, estimating prices, and resource engagement
🔹Building financial models
🔹Assisting in month-end closing – calculating revenue and cost provisions and accruals
🔹Preparing presentations and reports for the Management Board and Supervisory Board
Who Are We Looking For?
✅At least 5 years of experience in financial controlling – preferably with experience in technology industries
✅Strong analytical thinking skills
✅Very good knowledge of Excel (experience with Power BI is a plus)
✅Ability to build financial models and create plans, budgets, and forecasts
✅Ability to synthesize and present data – proficiency in PowerPoint and experience in preparing comprehensive presentations is essential
✅Sound knowledge of accounting and taxes
✅CIMA/ ACCA certification is a plus
✅Proficient in English (C1 or higher)
