As a Tech Lead (Flutter), you will be at the forefront of designing innovative technical solutions while guiding mobile development teams to deliver exceptional digital products. Combining hands-on expertise with leadership, you will serve as the go-to technical authority for both your team and clients, driving excellence, best practices, and impactful results.

Your Responsibilities:

🔹Lead and support a Flutter development team, setting technical direction and standards

🔹Drive the discovery process, including scope analysis, technical feasibility, and effort estimation

🔹Make and validate architectural decisions for mobile applications

🔹Optimize team efficiency and delivery performance through good engineering practices

🔹Ensure a smooth and effective development process, aligned with Agile principles

🔹Mentor and support less experienced developers through code reviews, guidance, and feedback

🔹Act as a go-to person when discussing technical solutions with clients and internal stakeholders

🔹Support other roles and organizational processes with technical expertise and input

🔹Contribute hands-on to development, especially in complex or critical areas

Who Are We Looking For?

✅8 years experience in software engineering, 5+ years of commercial experience with Flutter

✅Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework

✅Very good understanding of mobile application architecture and state management

✅Good knowledge of at least one native technology: Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift)

✅Proven experience in building native modules and platform integrations used in Flutter applications

✅Experience working with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and mobile performance optimization

✅Experience in integrating native SDKs into the Flutter applications

✅Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and guide others

✅Strong communication skills, confidence in client-facing technical discussions and a positive attitude

✅Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams

✅Higher education degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

✅English – C1 (daily communication with international clients)

✅Polish – B2 (or native)

✅Remote-first availability with occasional presence in our Warsaw office

✅Experience with AI-powered tools for development, code generation, or testing (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-assisted coding tools) is a plus
