We’re currently on the lookout for an inspired UX/UI Designer (MID) —a problem-solver who thrives on turning complexity into simplicity through sleek, intuitive, and visually stunning digital experiences. At Efigence, you’ll shape innovative digital products for top clients in the Polish and international markets.
Your Responsibilities:
🔹Both UX and UI design works for complex, enterprise-level mobile and web applications, from the concept phase to final development-ready user flows
🔹Ideating, exploring, and communicating design decisions and concepts through wireframes, sketches, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, and high-fidelity mockups
🔹Presenting and pitching design choices and ideas to stakeholders
🔹Conducting and facilitating UX workshops with stakeholders, business owners, business analysts, developers to understand product requirements and translate them into final user flows (development-ready hi-fi mockups, interactive prototypes, etc)
🔹Working with complex design system – building, maintaining and improving
🔹Working with an advanced and highly experienced team including great UX Design Leads
Who Are We Looking For?
✅3+ years of professional experience
✅Excellent both UX and UI skills. Proven experience of working within large, complex agile projects for enterprise organizations. The portfolio is a must
✅Fluent English (C1)
✅Strong verbal communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Must work well in a team-oriented, multi-culture environment (both Polish and English)
✅Problem-solving and outside-of-the-box, lifehacking approach
Optional:
✅Leadership skills
✅Previous experience in designing and conducting workshops for clients
✅Previous experience in UX research, usability tests, etc.
✅Understanding of banking/financial digital products, and services
