Lead Game-Changing Digital Banking Projects – At Home and in the Heart of the Middle East

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product / Process Owner with strong banking product expertise to lead the development and enhancement of digital customer journeys across our mobile banking app and web banking portal. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to design seamless, user-centric banking experiences that align with business goals and customer needs. In this role, you will translate banking products into intuitive digital solutions, collaborating closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality features.

International Experience in Riyadh

Your Responsibilities:

🔹Define and own digital customer journeys for mobile and web banking platforms, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.

🔹Coordinate the development of new banking features and enhancements, working closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and development teams.

🔹Translate complex banking requirements into functional digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration and an optimal user experience.

🔹Prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback, analytics, and strategic goals.

🔹Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clarity around requirements and delivery timelines.

🔹Support testing, validation, and the rollout of new features.

🔹Travel to Riyadh for business trips as needed (all expenses covered).

Who Are We Looking For?

✅Experience in designing and optimizing digital customer journeys via mobile apps and web portals.

✅Excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

✅Strong ability to translate complex banking needs into user-friendly digital experiences.

✅Good knowledge of digital banking technologies and trends.

✅Strong teamwork and communication skills.

✅Proficiency in English at a C1 level (professional working proficiency).

✅Flexibility to work on Sundays and holidays, aligning with client working hours (Sunday–Thursday workweek in Saudi Arabia). 

Optional:

✅2+ years of experience in banking product management, customer service, or banking operations.
