We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating clean, intuitive, and elegant user experiences. At Efigence, you’ll go beyond designing interfaces — you’ll help shape cutting-edge digital products used by millions, while gaining international exposure working directly with one of the fastest-growing fintech markets in the world: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

International Experience in Riyadh 

✈️Join on-site collaboration sessions in Riyadh — an emerging global hub for digital innovation

✈️One-week onboarding trip within your first month 

✈️Regular design sprints and workshops in Saudi Arabia with client stakeholders

✈️All travel and visa arrangements handled by us — flights, hotel, and expenses fully covered 

✈️Experience Middle Eastern culture and business first-hand while growing your global career 

✈️Time zone: Some overlap with KSA (UTC+3); Sunday–Thursday workweek on client side 

Your Responsibilities:

🔹Deliver UX and UI for mobile-first and responsive web apps — from early concepts to development-ready prototypes 

🔹Create wireframes, flows, diagrams, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma 

🔹Present your work with confidence to clients and stakeholders 

🔹Facilitate workshops with clients in Riyadh — turning business needs into outstanding experiences 

🔹Collaborate with analysts, product managers, and developers to ensure feasibility and consistency 

🔹Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and continuous design iterations 

🔹Maintain and evolve component-based design systems 

🔹Ensure accessibility, scalability, and top-quality UI across platforms 

🔹Stay up to date with global UX/UI trends, especially in fintech and mobile apps 

🔹Travel to Riyadh for business trips as needed (all expenses covered) 

Who Are We Looking For?

✅5+ years of UX/UI experience in agile environments, ideally with enterprise or financial services 

✅A portfolio that proves your ability to simplify complexity through clear design 

✅Expertise in Figma (a must); other tools are a plus 

✅Strong UX fundamentals: design thinking, accessibility, mobile-first best practices 

✅Fluent English (C1) and ability to communicate design ideas clearly 

✅Confidence in stakeholder presentations and remote/in-person workshops 

✅Flexibility to work on Sundays and holidays, aligning with client working hours (Sunday–Thursday workweek in Saudi Arabia)

 

Optional:

✅Experience with digital banking or fintech products 

✅Familiarity with clients from the Gulf region 

✅UX research and usability testing background 

✅Workshop facilitation or team leadership experience
