Technical Solution Architect

Location:   Remote | Warsaw

We’re currently looking for an experienced Technical Solution Architect who’s passionate about designing and implementing complex systems in cloud and enterprise environments. In this role, you’ll:

  • Consult on microservices architecture in agile projects
  • Design and build robust, scalable systems (cloud & on-prem)
  • Apply best practices like DDD, TDD, and Adaptable Software Design
  • Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure business and tech alignment

Your Responsibilities:

đŸ”čDesign and enhance technical architecture in a cloud / non-cloud environment, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.

đŸ”čDevelop and maintain microservices architecture in an agile software development environment.

đŸ”čArchitect, design, and implement complex software systems on a virtualized cloud platform.

đŸ”čArchitect, design, and implement complex software systems on a non-virtualized customer physical platform.

đŸ”čDevelop and deploy microservices in the cloud and non-cloud, ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives including Front-End systems and integrations.

đŸ”čApply DevOps and CI/CD methodologies, using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Docker/Kubernetes, SonarQube or equivalent.

đŸ”čDeliver high-quality agile software solutions, incorporating best practices such as Domain Driven Development (DDD) or Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Adaptable Software Design.

Who Are We Looking For?

✅Excellent communication skills and a very good command of English — you should feel confident interacting with international clients and team members.

✅Willingness to travel to client locations for in-depth collaboration when needed (up to approximately 30% of the time).

✅At least 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and enhancing technical architectures within cloud environments.

✅7+ years of experience in agile software development, including building and deploying microservices-based architectures using open-source Java technologies across complex ecosystems (web, mobile, and system integrations).

✅A minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and deploying cloud-native applications on platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

✅Proven experience (3+ years) in microservices development and deployment within cloud environments is highly preferred.

✅At least 1 years of experience working with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Docker/Kubernetes, and testing platforms like SonarQube, JMeter, or equivalent.

✅Demonstrated success in delivering agile software solutions using industry best practices such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), or Adaptable Software Design.
