We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Development Specialist to join our Marketing&Sales department in the IT sector, focusing on B2B operations. This pivotal role involves directly generating and nurturing leads, requiring a high level of engagement with potential customers. The ideal candidate will adeptly initiate contact, build relationships, and guide prospects through the sales funnel with personalized communication and strategic follow-ups, effectively converting them into qualified leads. This position demands a candidate with exceptional interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and a positive, go-getter attitude.
Your tasks:

Proactively reach out to potential customers from our curated lists to generate new leads, employing a mix of communication methods including phone calls, emails, and social media.

Engage directly with prospects, using a variety of channels, to understand their needs and interests fully.

Implement innovative lead nurturing strategies to maintain high levels of engagement and interest.

Consistently follow up with prospects to develop and strengthen professional relationships.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align your efforts with broader marketing goals and strategies.

Diligently maintain records of interactions in our CRM system, ensuring all customer information is current and accurate.

Regularly monitor and report on the progression of leads through the sales funnel.

Work in tandem with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of nurtured leads into the sales pipeline.
What are we looking for 👀:

Swedish level C1 or higher
-
Experience in IT industry

Experience in B2B sales

English level C1+

Knowledge of CRM: Hubspot, Lusha, Sales Navigator

Knowledge of tools like Crunchbase
